Book an appointment [fr]
The applicant must obtain an individual appointment : 1 passport = 1 appointment.
If you don’t come at the consulate the day of the rendezvous, without cancellation on the computer system, you will not be able to obtain a new appointment before a month. Overbooking practices will result in the cancellation of all appointments without notice.
Persons who come without filling the application form are not admitted and have to make a new appointment.
If you are in a hurry, there are cancellations at any time. You can regularly update the appointments page to see if there are free places.
Booking is available neither by phone call nor by coming to the consulate.
On the day of the appointment:
Applicants arriving late are not admitted and must reschedule their appointments.
Only the applicant is admitted at the interview.
Minor applicants must come with one of their relative (father or mother) or by their legal guardian to deposit their file.
For those canadians aged 18 to 35 who wish to travel to France under the France-Canada Youth Exchange Agreement and other Canadian students, please do not schedule an appointment, as you are required to submit your application by mail only : click here.
